Control system Multi-machine collaboration

Multi-Machine Coordination and Scheduling

For one or more workstations and multiple machine tools to cooperate, allocate tasks according to equipment capabilities, queue priorities and interlocking conditions, and record exceptions and beats.

Task Assignment Strategy

Assign tasks based on configured device status, capacity constraints, and queue priorities.

Coordination Interlocking Strategy

Loading & Unloading, machine tools, and detection units are executed according to equipment status and interlock conditions, and abnormal status is recorded.

Exception handling strategy

When a communication or process exception occurs, retry, wait or manual takeover is performed according to the configuration.

Scheduling Workflow

  • Task enters queue: triggered by scanning code or work order
  • Capability matching: filter devices based on machine type and process requirements
  • Equipment allocation: select equipment that meets the conditions according to configuration rules and issue tasks
  • Process tracking: record work steps, alarms and tempo changes
  • Result feedback: feed processing and inspection results back to traceability records
  • Equipment release: update tasks and equipment status after completion, and enter the subsequent queue

Key Coordination Metrics

  • Equipment utilization: ratio of idle to running
  • Task waiting time: delay between task assignment and start
  • Work step tempo difference: difference in time consumption of different equipment or work steps
  • Abnormal recovery time: time consuming from fault recording to recovery confirmation
